About Central Valley Doctors Health System
The Central Valley Doctors Health System is an integrated healthcare system across the Central Valley consisting of three acute care hospitals (Doctors Medical Center, Emanuel Medical Center and Doctors Hospital of Manteca) and affiliated entities across the region. Our primary goal is to ensure continuity of care between all of our facilities for the patients we treat every day.
Working as a unified system, the Central Valley Doctors Health System gives us the opportunity to enhance care coordination and access to the specialized services we bring to the region, including trauma and emergency care, obstetrics and neonatal intensive care for newborns, stroke care and neurosurgical capabilities, comprehensive cancer care and more. As the only heart attack receiving center between Modesto and Fresno, Emanuel Medical Center’s facilities also include Emanuel Multi-Specialty Clinic and the Emanuel Cancer Center. The Emanuel Cancer Center proudly houses the Emanuel Radiation Oncology Center, Ruby E. Bergman Women's Diagnostic Center and an important medical oncology practice.
Also, Emanuel's cardiovascular services program includes an advanced Cardiac Catheterization & Interventional Lab, which allows cardiologists, radiologists and vascular surgeons to perform several minimally invasive procedures formerly unavailable in Turlock.
